Not sure how to do this. I feel defeated, resigned, hopeless. My goal? Take care of myself & those who rely on me & help the vulnerable whenever possible. And, when possible, to find ways to defy this monsterous regime.

I always believed that Jimmy Carter was too good for us, but I didn’t realize until today just how much we didn’t deserve him. President Carter was the best of us, and that he died seeing the worst of us is a pain I will carry for the rest of my life…

Agree completely.
I liked Carter, but voted for Reagan in my first election. Wouldn’t now. I actually think Carter was not just a good man, but a decent president. With four more years, who knows? He might’ve even been a great president. My views on what is required for the presidency have dramatically changed.

What is my malfunction? I’m extremely anxious about an appeal I have to do for an insurance audit. This is a huge deal. But in order to deal with my stress I’ve been over on that other platform yelling at strangers. It’s not adequately distracting me, just making me angry about something else.

For a broader perspective, I’m a healthcare provider, counselor, tiny practice. I have an insurance company claiming I was “overpaid” by $91,000 & demanding money back. They picked through 3 yrs of documentation & found idiotic “issues.”
These companies harm everyone but shareholders.
