The Hancock Wildlife Foundation Bald Eagle cam livestreams can be viewed on YouTube. This is my neighbourhood nest that I have watched for years.

Time for a nature break: I always get excited whenever I hear the Spring Peepers (frogs) start singing. Not a lot in my new place yet... this is from a year ago.

The best spring days, for me, are when you go to sleep to the sound of their croaks and wake up to a deluge of birdsong. #birds #frogs

Simple neuroscience-based hack for anxiety:
🌿go & be in a place with plants & trees for 15 mins
🌳You'll inhale plant oils(phytoncides) from foliage
📉your stress hormone(cortisol) will drop significantly

Many of our brain pathways evolved to motivate us to forage for plants-they're still very active
