There are hundreds of Christmas Carol adaptations. But I think this is the definitive version for a generation. Which is sort of ridiculous, but also amazing and fully deserved.

Or at least I think that's what it says. Obviously I can't read it. If you are going to announce something like ID cards, perhaps you could at least do it somewhere people can read it?

Every day gives me a new appreciation of the New Labour project. Many things went wrong, Iraq most catastrophically. But they had an idea of what they wanted to do. Current events are showing that doesn't happen by chance.
