Per LOTG, not every touch of a player’s hand/arm with the ball is an offense. Only if a player:
1. Deliberately touches the ball with his H/A (moving H/A toward ball)
2. Touches the ball with H/A when he has made his body unnaturally bigger
3. The touch causes a goal.
So… which one here?
