Seeing other dogs take it? He’d actually pass 90% of it right now. His issue would be the left alone with an unfamiliar person for 3 minutes, and maybe the unfamiliar person petting/brushing him.

Not as far off as I expected.

It’s been 4 years (I think maybe 5) since I touched any of my glass stuff. The universe kinda kicked my butt and things happened.

I do have the grid to help catch shards, but I’m always worried that maybe something will shatter and bits go everywhere.

I also will need to get inside shoes… I’m one of those people who would go barefeet by choice if I could, and glass in feet is no fun (thanks x-mas tree ornaments!)

So now we get to figure what new thing is so good that it will make her want to work for it, and it has to be something Magnus can eat safely.

More work to the pile… my dogs are worth it though.

The only issue is the freeze dried chicken bits or the cooked chicken we are using for training. Ruby is fussy with treats in general for some reason and both dogs train together. And I know that seems counter productive, but Ruby follows Magnus’ lead. If he does it? She does it.

The latter is very likely to happen, unfortunately.

His new canned food (it’s just topper really) arrives tomorrow, which is now lamb instead of turkey. Ruby eats the turkey like a champ, so no issues there- she can finish off those cans.

It seems to be that way doesn’t it? I’m sure it’s got something to do with how it’s processed and how things break down.

I’m wondering if Magnus’ allergies have been sensitivities to the treats he’s been getting too. Time will tell I suppose.

Everything else I own is silicone, wood, gemstone, or horn/bone. And none of that is good for healing a stretched peircing.

:( :( the only good thing about them is they are rainbow.

I opted to stretch back to where I was, which given it was 1 step, except my stupid forgot that the only titanium earrings I had in my size on hand was a horseshoe.

And from a sensory standpoint? They drive me insane.

That’s what the vet said too and why I’m moving him to Ruby’s kibble which has neither ingredient- she’s a Salmon and Rice senstitive stomach gal.

I won’t chance the chicken again, but he’s also never had corn in his kibble before - it’s always been oatmeal and barley.

I’ve had picky dogs- I’ve never had a dog with food sensitivities, especially a dog that loves food as much as Magnus.

Now when he was so very ill with Blasto he ate exclusively rice and chicken for a month because it’s all he would eat (and no allergies) so corn is looking like the big culprit.

He’s now going on the same kibble as Ruby for the time being as it’s corn free.
