Yay! Broken Glass is being replaced I am so relieved.
I hate the fact that the company has to send me MORE glass on their dime being that they are a small business and all.
I don’t have to replan my project now, which I was working on.

Don’t particularly care about the two cheaper glass sheets- I can work around those minor breaks.

The 4th I absolutely could go visit their factory and may drag my old work buddy with me sometime to do some shopping if they have a factory store/showroom for hobbyists like me. But that’s a phone call…. I hate phone calls.

This is pretty much all transparent single colored glass. But I did get a couple of mottles I couldn’t get at the other place I ordered from.
I have two favorite glass manufacturers, a third budget glass I like, and a 4th manu I would like more off can’t seem to find in smaller sized sheets.

Part of the glass order showed up today… I only ordered it Sunday and got the shipping notification yesterday like???
After work I need to go reorganize the stash before I start on my next piece….

I finally figured out how to finish the edges of this little 4.5 inch Suncatcher. So now it’s all finished, ribbon attached and ready to hang out in a window.
My neighbor’s getting this one. :D

4.5 inch round suncatcher mosaic on an acrylic base, using my scrap glass. Once I get the pieces glued down, I can then grout.
The dark blue is one of my favorites and I need to find more of it.

I can’t tell you how hard I cackled at the mental image that gave me. People here could not handle the very idea of that, at least not publically.

I keep hoping I find like minded people at these things, people who want to make local friends who are into similar art things.
It immediately becomes competitive the minute I say I have an art background and what I do for a living. Which they always ask. I hate it.

Found a new stained glass class in my area and while I am 75% ready to sign up, but there is 25% of me like “remember what happened last time you tried to get involved in the art scene.”

I’ve had 3 days of upsetti stomach.
I’m feeling better slowly but surely, now I’d like the brain fog/dizziness that came with the sickness to go away.

Today has also been a cruddy tummy day. I think though- I’m turning the corner because I have managed to eat. I’ll take toast, toast is good. Anything is good at this point.

You never know with dogs. Ruby isn’t a fan either (which is a surprise) and is also incredibly picky. I wonder if it’s a “picky dog” thing?

Tum tum is still very angry and my attempt at toast + Gatorade this morning was immediately rejected.
I’m now attempting flat cola, which so far tummy seems more amenable to. Sadly don’t have Irn Bru, which would be better.

Well today has been a challenge…
Went from fine before breakfast, to full blown vertigo, upset stomach food poisoning like symptoms…
And while I’m still light headed and woozy, I have got to get food in me and more electrolytes because I am teetering on a migraine.

Yeah- I am a little over the top with personal protective stuff…
Truth is, I don’t technically need a mask to grind since the machine wet grinds, but it does kick some shards from time to time so safety first.
Always wear eye protection.
Considering purchasing a face shield now instead though.

Oooof. That sucks and sounds like it also really hurts. Peircings can be such finicky buggers and I just went through a rough patch with my lobes so I feel ya. I hope you find a solution. I know I’d be so upset if I had to let my piercings close.
