The Bears kind of proved yesterday that they likely don’t have a sustainable way to win football games, so I just don’t see playoffs as a thing. I think 8 wins is a huge improvement all things considered.

As far as being buyers in the trade market, only for someone that can really help in the next 1-3 years. You simply can’t make enough trades to shore up the lack of corner depth or lack of depth on the defensive line. #Bears

Gio Lopez threw a ball that traveled just past the first defenders hands who nearly intercepted it, to another defenders hands that fail to secure it but deflects it up in the air, and was eventually intercepted by the third defender who was one of 3 who in the area who could’ve picked it off. #UNC

The whole point in going for it is to increase your probability of winning. A successful sky punt, as opposed to a normal punt, does not increase win probability. There’s no actual reason to discuss it.

The jobs numbers are bad but made to look worse or vice versa, and we won’t know for a few months after cuts have been made. And that day that we realize we cut slightly or aggressively when employment was bad but overstated how bad it was… that’s the nail in the coffin.

I’m sure Gio will play better, but that’s the thing about the transfer portal. I love it, and the players have a right, but sometimes you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be. Bringing in transfers from just anywhere is… risky
