Everyday - every insurance- denying things they pay eventually- a huge percentage of our time is spent getting patients their medications that they have been taking but are all of sudden denied (insurance never “knows” why)

Fair question!
Some current police actions spread harm, increase crime, and cost a lot. Triple bad.
So to start with, we undo all of those things.
1. Get rid of arrest quotas. Immediately convert a number of cops away from "broken windows" policing. AKA racist harassment.

In 2023 Dallas had a police budget of $500 million... but only ~15 homicide detectives? That makes no sense.
Almost everyone in the department that is not a homicide detective, just goes around giving BS tickets and arrests to Black people, ruining lives, ensuring that we won't talk to detectives.🤦🏿♂️
