To tackle my MH issues I have been writing lyrics.
While I have no intent of doing anything commercial. I made an exception to my no ai rule to make them songs, and I am glad I did because listening to it helps me process the feelings I put in the song.

Feeling conflicted, found something to help me work through some mental health stuff.
Part of me hates me for doing it.
I have been writing songs about how i feel and why I feel like that, but in order to polish them and get them into song, I have used Ai.
Listening to them does help though.

I am desperately in need of building a new circle of IRL.
For the past 18 months, i have been a hermit due to mh issues that stem from a truly valued friendship collapsing.

Yesterday I tried to end it. I went to Brighton, had a burrito, went down to the beach and took a VAST quantity of pills. After a while I sent out messages letting people know. A friend guessed where I was & found me & managed to talk me round to going to the hospital.
