We call it ‘paying rent‘ 😂 when we make them tolerate kisses/cuddles/shenanigans. That being said both our cats enjoy being picked up/held to a degree since we just kept it up!

The K&H brand of heated beds have been the absolute best we’ve got two of the pressure sensitive heating pads and our cats adore them. A friend has the bowl type bed. We bought off chewy, but I think they’re fairly widely available.

I’m also her patient and adore her and am devastated that she’s leaving (left?) and I really hope she’s just moving somewhere still in the area because 😩 the thought of trying to find a new primary is exhausting.

I don’t have kids, just friends who reported liking the autobrush which is like 30 seconds to do all the teeth at once. Looking at it, it seems like it could be a little overwhelming? But worth maybe checking out?

We really like Dr. O’Brien at Bond because we can walk our older cat there (she loathes cars)! Hate that I think they are PE, but our old vet in DuPont Circle was just too far for our old lady now that she’s going every two months. We do specialist care at Friendship.

My kitten went straight for a mouth full of sewing pins so I stopped sewing for much of her t-rexhood but unfortunately she goes for them still as an adult 😩
