Imho, this is something of the past. Devoid of ability to take sovereign decisions and beholden to the US, these governments seem to have missed the bus! Seems more likely that the Syrian grid will be plugged into that of Turkije now!

Hi Alexander! The Caesar Act was incorporated into the National Defense Authorization (NDAA) 2025, which was passed on 18 Dec, and will be in effect for the next 5 years.
