And the fear—and thus the hate—is a direct result of this precious "way of life" they love so much, in which one never has to meet anyone not exactly like them, never has to recognize the humanity of people who aren't exactly like them, and never has to hear or do anything new.

Even if you ignore 2020, Biden still grew the sector at a faster rate than Trump did—3% vs. 4.6% (and this doesn't include 2024, as annual averages are not yet available).
