Gym last night. Second sesh, it seemed to be more difficult than the first sesh, and i was only doing cardio this time. Jelly legted all the way home. But i slept like a baby and feel great this morning

As someone who works in the pension industry, the hardest thing is working on other people's pensions but never your own. Well today, I spent an hour and a half on my own pension. This is a reminder to everyone to just look at your pension. Update your expression of wish as a bare minimum.

Will be attending gaelic class once again :) the hardest part will be because i live in the south and have nobody to speak to in English nevermind gaelic.

Came face to face with a rather large fox this morning. 🦊 No pictures as it happened so fast. I was squealing inside with joy but the fox was obviously fearful and ran away.

One thing i miss about Lancashire is the food. Cant find parched peas anywhere. And obviously cant get butter pie up in Scotland here either

I dont know anyone who managed to cut their hand with a crisp. Until I managed it today... Need to stop it turning into an infection too

For 2 days I've travelled back and forth to hospital in Edinburgh. I would very much like to not have to return soon. It massively affects my working day.

It's weird, maybe i have banged my head or had an aneurysm but I feel like being sociable. Maybe it's the time of year where we need to coorie. Take night walks and look at Christmas lights. Or go to a cozy folk music gig. Celebrate light and fire in times of darkness.
