GoFundMe has deleted my friend Sama'a's account and refunded its donors. She is struggling with depression and despair and needs our support now more than ever. They have created a new fundraiser to help them survive in the war-torn wreckage of Gaza City.

feel like not nearly enough people are talking about this — apparently the democratic “yes” votes have effectively agreed to having the u.s. government write 6 republican senators $500k checks?
Look at this new outrage. To open govt, we're retroactively letting 8 Senators sue for $500K each over having had their J6 phone toll records looked at. www.nytimes.com/2025/11/10/u...

I was laid off from Teen Vogue this week, alongside multiple other phenomenal team members.

At our Summit, I was asked how it felt to be 1 of 2 Black women left and what that meant for representation. Now, there are no Black women at Teen Vogue and that is incredibly painful to think about.

We're proud to be distributing the poetry and prose of Palestinian writer Shahd Alnaami. Sahar Mustafah says "Amidst a genocide, Alnaami honors the loved ones she’s lost as well as those who survived and continue to resist."

We're building work camps, concentration camps, and a palace ballroom. And we're about to starve 40 million Americans.
Under Trump, the draconian future of homelessness policy is coming into focus: mass internment. Utah is building a 16-acre site to detain up to 1,300 homeless people inside locked "accountability centers." This is profoundly alarming.

Authenticity and vulnerability is the only real edge that exists. Bigots are boring because they hide behind their hatred like cowards and think they’re being “edgy”.

One of the best concerts I’ve ever been to in my life was a Tiger Lilies Halloween show. The music production on this track finally gives you a slice of what one of their performances feels like. So fucking good: youtu.be/6KBSkMkIKR8?...
