Cue the lawsuits claiming that Hegseth has no authority to take even administrative actions going forward since there is no such thing as the Department of War in the Constitution or in federal law (at least not since the 40s).
Trump: "We decided to go woke and we changed the name to Department of Defense. So we're going to Department of War ... I think it's a much more appropriate name especially in light of where the world is right now."
