I've been playing Judero, a very Scottish claymation action/adventure. It has great music, dry humor, and many offbeat ideas.
It feels personal and uncompromising, which is increasingly rare in bigger indie games today.

I've been playing Judero, a very Scottish claymation action/adventure. It has great music, dry humor, and many offbeat ideas.
It feels personal and uncompromising, which is increasingly rare in bigger indie games today.

When you drop your trailer after 4 weeks of work and planning, and it barely gets 100 views an a few likes and wishlist has dried up, after 5 years of work, learning game dev from scratch, it does not look good. :P

Please follow the breadcrumbs, folks. Indie devs work very hard to bring you authentic gaming experiences with a LOT of heart. These games are made with blood, sweat, tears, and very little to absolutely no funding. Show this dev some love, not out of pity, but because the game looks fun!

I was skeptical of the “X is slowly cooking your brain” discourse because I don’t think my ideological worldview has shifted much, but having now experienced both Bluesky and X I think the big difference is I got used to fighting/provocation as the standard “tone” of posting without realizing it.

Judero better get some end of year mentions or awards or whatever. @king-spooner.bsky.social did not just craft and animate hundreds of distinct models and did huge amounts of research on history and mythology and wrote and acted out an amazing story just for nothing, okay??
