This is not a fight about soyabeans and transistors. Trump is the front face of a right wing insurgency that has undermined the international rule of law. Canada is the front line standing up to his increasingly dangerous rhetoric.

Years ago when Jack Layton was running for mayor of Toronto, I was canvassing for him in St. James Town. I knocked on doors and asked if people where voting and if not, why? "My vote doesn't matter" is what I heard, time and time again. But it does. Please vote. You still have time.

Apparently, the Ontario government changed the wording of a City of Toronto development agreement that puts 5,000 affordable housing units at risk. If you have the remotest compassion for the 92,000+ people on a waitlist for Toronto, not to mention all other places, please don't vote for Ford!
