Just spent my evening designing a bird-themed yoga flow and matching visuals (including a flow poster I can reuse with new graphics!) and I’m so excited to try it tomorrow hell yeah
Officially in charge of daily yoga time in my classroom so I guess I have to actually start doing yoga now instead of just pretending I know how
