Just spent $281.00 to get my flu and covid vaccines because I have no insurance. Thank god I can afford to do that once a year but many can’t afford it. Universal healthcare would make a huge difference in public health!

Saw two different sets of high school kids in two different neighborhoods standing on street corners with sign and flags, exercising their First Amendment rights to protest and have their voices heard. It did my heart glad and I happily honked my horn and waved in support! Democracy in action!

The DNC should hire the Harris campaign’s digital media crew. They did a great job and we could use that kind of unified messaging to inform the public, promote democracy, and savage trump, Elon and all the fascists.

Just made a monetary donation to my local food pantry. Some folks won’t be getting their snap or WIC benefit payments on February 1st and the need will be bigger than usual.
