Why are rewards points so wonky? Telus just changed their rewards program and now instead of needing, say, 100 points to get a 50 gift card, I now need 57,207 points to get a 50 gift card. Why do rewards systems go Imperial when they can just be Metric?!

Another thing - I'm sticking with non-US spellings from now on. I tend to vacillate between the two depending on whether I'm commenting on a USA post or a CDN one (because how many times have I been lambasted for spelling something "wrong" when it was just "British"?). NO MORE! Colour me reformed! 🍁

Stopped for this woman and her dog at a crosswalk as this particular intersection is busy during rush hour and its still dark out. The woman crosses and her dog is off-leash. I wanted to yell out my window, "Love your dog enough to put it on a leash when you're crossing a busy road!!!"
