I didn't expect #Metropolis (1927) to make me think so much of #Arcane, haha.
But love this interpretation of the #TowerOfBabel: rather than lit. diff languages (German, Korean, etc.), the workers vs. overseers speak "diff languages" of diff life experiences, and thus can't understand ea. other. 😔
