Someone was asking about the five-star reads of the year so far and I'm about to hit 100 books this year so here my top rated so far. It's been a good year, each of these was excellent and a good variety too.

So I've got nothing much to do and the easter holidays coming up so I'm going to try and read all the books released this week that are on my TBR and see how I go. A fun experiment to see the average rating.

Anyway, I like reading and this year I'm deliberately focusing on longer books over quantity per year. Things like StoryGraph's built-in number of books vs number of pages read is really enabling me to consider this kind of data this year
