I don't really talk with people on here so I'm just gonna vent a bit to get my thoughts out.
I've been sober from alcohol for maybe like 4 months? I haven't really been keeping count but I used to bartend so it was the kind of thing I just did and didn't really think about it.

I didn't take a before pic but the shirt was that light blue and the pants were like a super pale blue I'm super happy with how these turned out even if the pants are a bit splotchy

I got a wisdom tooth pulled out that was causing my jaw some major pain, the dentist literally just numbed me and yanked it out. I'm so thankful I didn't go to an actual surgery place look how wild this looks, all the roots curved one way.

Made some sourdough roasted garlic bread the other day. It's probably technically wrong but it's tasty bread and that's all that matters. just cook stuff recipes aren't real

I cleaned my fridge, I've been doing a bunch of stuff that makes me feel like I'm having a new start. Cleaning the carpet, the fridge, rearranging furniture, changing bedrooms. It feels really good

I fuckin hate washing windows not because it's a cleaning task but because I never notice I missed a spot until I've already put all the window shit away and you can't just spot clean without making it worse

This is a cocktail I put on the menu at work, it's a bourbon bramble with basil and berries. It's called the Alliteration
It's got a 4 Roses small batch bourbon base, some Strega, lime juice, sweetened entirely with a 60/40 strawberry blackberry split reduction. Then there's also muddled Thai basil
