Ask David “Count Me In” Brooks about Jeffrey Epstein.

David Brooks, who wrote in the NYT last month, "The Epstein Story? Count Me Out" is... in the latest Epstein photo dump published by @oversightdemocrats.house.gov.

He should absolutely be fired by NYT for this. Major conflict of interest that he didn't disclose.

And Nathan Stewart-Jarrett‘s “Soulmates” episode (with Bill Skarsgård) was my fave in the UK sci fi anthology series, which is currently streaming in the US on Netflix/AMC.

Your regular reminder that Clarence Thomas sexually harassed Anita Hill while he was the chair of the EEOC in the 1980s, a position he was given by Reagan as a way to basically troll the Civil Rights Act of 1964 that created the EEOC. www.npr.org/2021/09/28/1...
Anita Hill Started A Conversation About Sexual Harassment. She's Not Done Yet
Hill doesn't regret testifying against Clarence Thomas during his 1991 Supreme Court confirmation hearing: "There is victory in being able to come forward and state what has happened to you."

2/2 Bigots who watched it often missed that. They saw him as the hero. But he never was.

Worth reading. parade.com/news/all-in-...

Trump hated Rob Reiner, and clearly never got the irony. So do (re)watch The Princess Bride, which, at its heart, is about the importance of fighting tyrants.
