I am a history geek, love to refinish wood furniture, cooking spicy meals that heal the soul, love a bit of dragony fantasy, 1930s Edith Head costumed films, eating dark chocolate with a mug of hot milky tea.

I experimented with ricotta bagels at home. A delicious success and a simple recipe! Equal parts ricotta, flour then a couple of teaspoons baking soda, pinch of salt, egg wash with toppings. bake at 375 for 20 minutes. YUM!
