I forgot how absolutely gorgeous Minnesota can be in the summer. Checked out the rose garden by lake harriet and had a fountain-side picnic with friends today #mpls

Had a friend in from out of town this weekend which was the perfect reason to explore. Saw my first show at Surly Festival Field, brunch at Tilia, vintage shopping in northeast, and dinner at Mara. All my favorite things! #mpls

I did a hard thing this morning (went to the dentist) so I of course had to get myself a little treat for surviving. Can confirm the pastries at Diane’s Place are excellent #mpls

I haven’t been to the palace since the year it opened in 2017! A recent @startribune.com gave it a B- grade, which tbh is accurate (maybe even generous). But Lucy Dacus put on a fantastic show and at least the sound was great on the floor! #TCLM #stpaul

The gravel walking trails along the mississippi are back open and I finally got the chance to explore. Such a gorgeous evening out there after yesterday’s drama #mpls

Saw the Minnesota Orchestra perform some Stravinsky and Mozart last night! Another under 30 ticket program to take advantage of, and such a gorgeous performance hall 🎟️ #mpls

Highly recommend the rendition of A Midsummer Night’s Dream currently playing at the Guthrie! Gorgeous set, great comedic timing, a creative take, and all about love 💞 under 30 ticket pricing doesn’t hurt either #mpls

Finally finished W&P after two months of reading, and while I’m not sure I’d recommend it to everyone, I did score a cool vintage and illustrated copy from Eat My Words used bookstore in NE. Lovely and knowledgeable staff there! #mpls
