Unbelievably good thread
Clark Griswold says he used 25,000 lights on his house. They appear to be C9 style bulbs. Incandescent since this was 1989. At 7 watts per bulb, he’s running 175,000 watts of exterior illumination. The equivalent of 350 full sized refrigerators.
