There should be like a $500 fee per 5 square metres of garage or parking space in dense areas (above 3500 P/sq km) to disincentivise driving and cars and incentivise better use of urban space.

- increasing rates based off unimproved land value

I’ve been finding myself thinking “it’s a pity both sides can’t lose. -Kissinger.” In more things because why are we always so quick to pick a side when both sides can be bad or should not have support, like why are we so good vs bad like sometimes you just have got to hope both sides lose
