Thanks for that, Steve - but I feel a bit of a fraud. Older in years maybe, but I'm really not a seasoned runner. I took a break for over 45 years — from schoolboy cross-country runner till I was 63. But for me too, it's a privilege to run with people who've been doing it all their lives.
