Thinking about the stream I was on today, and I really do wish there was more Black A-spec rep in media. We don't see much rep, and when we do it's normally white men with tired tropes. I have so many A-spec homies of color and it's a big disservice to us to not have much rep in media.

Performative allyship in games is not entirely alien to me; It took a man dying at the hands of police brutality to get people to care about Juneteenth, Black History Month and inclusion for 3 years, and I fear that in today’s climate, companies wouldn’t flinch if the same thing happened.

Team I'm working with said my song sounded like it would fit in final fantasy, and I don't see the negatives. Granted that doesn't fit their briefs but I want to make music that sounds like it belongs in a JRPG. Uematsu, Kondo, Sugiyama (fuck him), and Soken are my main musical inspirations.
