This made me fkin cry. I thought that nearly 10 years after that <expletive of your choice> brought us <advisory> referendum, I would get desensitised by any mention of the consequences.

We are missing out every day.

It's never going to get better unless we get back into the EU.

@bantamtim.bsky.social

Your memory is correct.

In fact, I celebrated Dave Syers's ghost goal vs Aldershot in Apr 2011 as my screensaver on my PC...til 2013 at least. What a team that was!

At Valley Parade's memorial last night, posted by Ashley Hynes on Twitter. On the 56th minute, spontaneous applause broke out from the home fans and also the significant Imps following at the game.

I have got to find the appropriate dressings and sauces for it, but the hat I'm going to have eat because Jordan Henderson can actually still cut it at this level, will be a dainty dish indeed.

Nine years since these disturbing scenes at Halesowen.

By the letter of the law, that’s probably a red card offence…

Here's a version of the English nursery rhyme, "The Grand Old Duke of York" 🎶 about the man who says he isn't going to call himself it anymore ... though whether he should be taken at his word ... 🤔

Well, Reyes Cleary's goal today was the best I've ever seen live. I'm not exaggerating. Sam Walker really didn't stand much chance.

As exciting a derby game as we've had at Valley Parade for quite some time. And 22228 there to see it.

The Bantams and the Tykes share the spoils.

On #BBCQT - Fiona Bruce said that the audience and public didn't want to press Reform UK on their dodgy links to Russia.

I disagree.

RT if you agree it's in the public interest for Reform to explain about their links to Russian money and bribery!

The Damascena Rose Water business I visited in Bulgaria has an interesting take on the Statue of Liberty at its entrance. Look at her devilish tail. $$

Rather a good day for those of us who are of a Claret & Amber and indeed Yorkshire persuasion as I complete my holiday in the southeast Balkans. New advocates found in the Rose Valley, Bulgaria

Just watched a rerun of our game the other night on Bulgarian telly. Here's Andy Cook scoring.

Day 2 in Bulgaria. Bansko haa a charming old town district but nowadays is said to be the best ski resort in Bulgaria. No snow today, but this is a view of the 2nd highest peak in Bulgaria and 3rd in the Balkans, Mount Vihren

My first day in Bulgaria.
These photos show the fountain in front of the Ivan Vazov National Theatre and right the St Aleksandar Nevski Cathedral, both in Sofia. This cathedral is the largest Orthodox cathedral on the Balkans peninsula.

We just scale even greater heights week by week.

If Newcastle doesn't take us seriously, we could cause them serious inconvenience.

Well done, Graham and team.

There's no excuse of ignorance any more. Every single person on that fascist march knew who Tommy Robinson was and every single one of them knew why they were there.

This isn't Brexit. People weren't conned. They willingly went out to join in, led by a five times jailed thug. Stop making excuses.

The 24,075 attendance at our match against Huddersfield Town was our highest home attendance in the league in 76 years. Heady days indeed at Valley Parade.
We won 3-1 by the way. #bantams

That's as well as we've played in years. We could have 7 or 8 in a really impressive all round performancem

The lovely old road sign still there in Eldwick, showing the routes to adventures in Gilstead, Otley & Baildon, Bingley and Morton.
At the top, it has the abbreviation BUDC standing for Bingley Urban District Council which provided numerous services for the community from 1894 to 1974
