You know how some cities give their snowplows whimsical names? Why don’t we start naming snowplows in honor of the people murdered by the new American death squads? We can start with Alex Pretti and Renee Good. Seems fitting.

Once again, in the aftermath of Brown University and Bondi Beach, I heard a politician say “now is not the time to talk about gun violence”.

Can we please go ahead and schedule a time? And then talk about it outside the never ending cycle of shootings?

This is a really great point. It seems, what’s the right word…wasteful?, to hire programmers instead of accountants to do financial audits.
