La fabricante brasileña Embraer, entregó oficialmente a la aerolínea estatal Mexicana su primer Embraer E195-E2. Con la entrega de la nueva aeronave, Mexicana se convierte en el primer operador de la más nueva generación de los E-Jets en México.

Hoy se presento el Plan Maestro 2025-2027 para SJO. Se incluye la expansión de la terminal internacional y domestica, además expansión de la rampa remota y la construcción de una nueva torre de parqueos y hotel dentro del aeropuerto.
