There needs to be a tax on empty units, that escalates every 6 months or so, in order to discourage this hoarding of stock. Make it more expensive to hold on to empty housing to the point it's cheaper to sell.

Pretty tired of accommodating these folks. There's right wing backlash regardless of what anyone does. Banning hate speech (and yes, Fox airs violent rhetoric and hate speech) is necessary for the safety of Canadians.
