Gay and Sunderland. At 61, I'm way too old to care what anyone thinks of me. Possibly a little Left of Marx, and Green at heart. Vaguely Pagan, the way the Ramtops witches are. Don't hear too well, medically. Electronically enhanced ;-)
Car repairs were ball shrivelling: new clutch turned into new fly wheel too. Re homing, plus side I have the place I want. Minus, a minor minus, Jan 2026 move in. On balance, satisfactory.

When I was 6, my older brother (tried to kill me 3 times as a baby) had a hamster that bit me. Hilarious, he thought. I left its cage open so that the cat would eat it, which it did. Hilarious.

Not here to be concerned.

Here to replace them - and then take on Reform.

Great to hear London Labour MPs panicking about losing their seats to the Green Party.

For clarity, though - this goes way beyond just London.

Across England & Wales, we're saying lower bills, tax billionaires and we're ready to take on Reform.

Labour were broken a long time ago.

Time to replace them with a party that actually represents everyone - not just the billionaires.

A party that rejects Reform - rather than copies them.

Time to make hope normal again.

Wow.

The Greens are not just SECOND in this poll.

They're now 3 points ahead of Labour - who are fourth.

Time for Labour to stand down to stop splitting the anti-Reform vote!

When I move from the city centre, I think one of the good things will be that going for a drink will be a Night Out, not just a walk to what are effectively my locals. Not that I've even done that for many months, but the effort and planning soon might reinvigorate it as a sense of occasion.

Farage has registered a total of £280,500 for four hours a month as a brand ambassador for a company selling gold bars.

He thinks £10 an hour minimum wage for young people may need to be lowered.

Whose side do you think he is on?

Nigel Farage says he wants to 'raise aspiration' by cutting the minimum wage for young people (currently £10), but reducing tax for young people earning over £100k. Presumably he wants them to just ask their stockbroker fathers to fix them up with a job in The City, like he did.

So either Labour need to ask candidates to step aside for the Greens to take on Reform....

Or actually bring in a fair democratic process where everyone's votes count equally.

It's time for Proportional Representation.
