That feeling when according to the syllabus you could have your first solo flight in three more missions, but then the CFI tells you you need 100 landings to do a solo flight, but you’re only at 45 😭

Finally got my background check for flying (Zuverlassungsüberprüfung), so now I just have to wait for the invite to the scheduling platform and my flight book and I can finally start flying in a real plane

I don’t think I’ve ever regretted investing in the kitchen. Small things like a timer (with three concurrent timers!) or mise en place dishes, medium things like a carbon steel pan, or large things like an induction cooktop all increase the joy of cooking
