Almost 50% of lab workers identify as neurodiverse.

So what difference could it make for research organisations to fully embrace neurodiversity in their workplace culture?

We supported the John Innes Centre to implement a project aiming to do just that 👇
BLOG - Seven ingredients for a Neuroinclusive research organisation

In our latest #JICNeurodiversity blog, we reflect on the remarkable impact and success of our BBSRC @ukri.org funded “Understanding, Valuing and Celebrating Neurodiversity” project 🌈🧠

What a fabulous work! A polyA "tailored" mechanism to enhance #mRNA vaccine efficiency via cytoplasmic re-adenylation. Huge impact on #RNAtherapeutics.
A demonstration of the scientific excellence of Polish research institutions.
🌐Our @nature.com paper is out! Researchers from IIMCB and other Polish institutions show how TENT5A boosts mRNA vaccine efficacy by stabilizing therapeutic mRNAs and enhancing antigen production. A step toward better therapies for cancer and beyond! 🧬

Chromatin retained MUSHER lncRNA integrates ABA and DOG1 signalling pathways to enhance Arabidopsis seeds dormancy
Many plant lncRNAs regulate gene expression by binding to chromatin, but how they are retained at the target loci is unclear. We identify a new, chromatin-localized lncRNA - MUSHER , which activates t...

What is the multiscale structure of chromatin condensates? How does it shape thermodynamic and material properties?

We address this at near-atomistic resolution🔥🔥🔥 using cryoET (Rosen & Villa labs, led by H Zhou), a new multiscale model (K Russell) and cryoET-guided sims (J Huertas & J Maristany)
