Election night broadcasts used to be confusing and missed the bigger picture.

Thanks to social research, that has changed.

New #MRC research shows that radiotherapy can be safely omitted for many breast cancer patients who have had a mastectomy and are taking anti-cancer drugs.

The findings could potentially allow patients to avoid unnecessary treatments.
