The anime & cosplay community has a deep problem with racism. SquidKid was a cosplayer who committed suicide, in part due to racist harassment on their cosplay posts
Gatekeep racists from fandom, make it loud that they're not welcome here. And white creators, we need to step up & call this shit out

A Black cosplayer named ash squidkid passed recently due to anti Black harassment.
They were constantly bullied and it became too much.
This is why the anime community sucks.

So anyway I restored Daicon IV from scratch. This was a joint project with Chris Person (papapishu), who sourced the incredibly Rare Laserdisc release. The raw files can be found on the internet archive for those interested in processing it yourself. Enjoy! archive.org/details/DAIC...

This is a travesty on so many levels. A real life Palace of Versailles coming to life. While people will lose their food assistance, social services are losing funding, and people are being snatched off the streets- this is what our tax dollars are going to.
The White House East Wing has been completely demolished. The demolition is basically at the main White House walls.
