This is a great idea.
Maybe dem reps could hold their own state of the union on the Capitol steps. Steal the spotlight. Let members like AOC, Jasmine Crockett, Max Frost, and the DNC make remarks. Norms don't exist. Buck them.

I have not seen this movie yet, nor read the book. After reading this article I will be doing both.
