The book is a quick read, and he draws on historical figures who are inspirational and moving, as well as Scripture and historical and sociological facts.

A few days ago, I started reading “Misdiagnosis and Dual Diagnosis of Gifted Children and Adults.”
I’m only about a third of the way through it, but I am SO energized by this information that I want to go back to school.
How old is too old to become a psychiatrist specializing in gifted folks?!

Well, I guess I have been kidding myself about how I could keep using IG (the Stories are so fun) and Threads (the layout is nice) and FB (so many photos in my old Memories tab darnit) but gosh, I’m really gonna have to figure out how to walk away from all of it, huh…😫

I woke up with the cold my teens have been passing around (plus maybe a migraine, yay) so instead of going to church, it looks like I’m staying in bed.
If my eyes can handle it, I’m going to try to finish off 3 books from my #TBR - which actually paint a decent picture of my life in 2024 🤣

This is Piper Lou, our 8-year-old silver Weimaraner. She’s my constant companion and the dog of my heart.
She’s also getting kinda cranky and kinda deaf, so she barks at me all day long and drives me nuts going outside a million times. Good thing I love her to pieces.
