The problem comes from dogmatic approaches to software development. You can't just employ these processes and hope that your team whose last 20 releases have been late, over-budget, and riddled with bugs will suddenly get their shit together.
<rant> A periodic reminder that Sprints, Backlogs, Daily Scrums, Scrum Boards, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Points, Velocity, PIs, etc., have NOTHING AT ALL to do with "Agile." Agility comes from working small, delivering frequently for feedback from actual customers, and adapting based on

I feel like MTG needs to prove she's sincere but if she is... cool. I grew up SW Idaho around a lot of bad ideas and I know how easy it is for bad ideas to take hold.
Those willing to do the hard work of finding better ideas and personal growth are always welcome in circles I travel in.
