Yeah, that’s what really bothered me. No matter where I looked, I was somehow always looking through the wrong part of the lens for the magnification I needed. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I would really like bifocals, but it seems that nobody really offers those anymore?

The last time I tried calling their offices, at least someone answered at Sen. Hassan’s office and recorded my comment (not that it made any difference). When I called Sen. Shaheen’s office my call went to voicemail and the mailbox was full.

Not everything is for everyone, and that’s totally understandable, but I think it is a red flag when someone insists on trashing Discovery. Especially if they call it “not real Star Trek.” And for the record I loved it on first watch and still love it after multiple rewatches.

I haven’t read the book, but I thought the movie was great.
