The boats the regime is claiming are going from Venezuela to the US would need to refuel over 20 times to get to Miami.

They are lying to us.

Graduate seminar did a deep dive on Thomas Paine’s Common Sense yesterday. At the line, “in America the law is king,” they (14 students from 6 countries) burst out laughing. I've been doing this for 35 years and this is the first time that was a laugh line.

If men with guns and masks tried to pull me out of my car, I'd fight back. Courts should reject any claims by the government that this is aggression by the person being detained, resisting arrest, or that they're a flight risk.

Basically, Texas state government is corrupt, and Paxton is not the only one that's criminal in it

It Starts with the governor

They have passed laws that are crimes against all Texans.

They don't want healthcare for Texans.

They afraid of the Epstein Files why?
Why hasn't Ken Paxton of #Texas been indicted for mortgage fraud?

“Shame! Shame! Free the Squirrel! Free the Squirrel”

Back in the gang ridden streets of Portland, ICE just arrested a girl wearing a “dangerous” inflatable Squirrel without provocation.

She’s fallen several times having been cuffed and pushed to walked faster than the suit will allow.

That sound you hear is plaintiff lawyers popping champagne corks and DOJ lawyers groaning.
Q: How many layoffs have you authorized?

TRUMP: It'll be a lot. And it'll be Democrat-oriented.

There is no world in which it is normal for the president to publicly call upon his attorney general to hurry up and prosecute his political foes. It’s like the Watergate tapes but posted on social media. Let’s get a grip on what’s happening here.

Data reflects reality, and that can be inconvenient. If the facts do not conform with policy, they must be disposed of.
In July, EPA announced it would dismantle the Office of Research & Development. Now, staff have been ordered to immediately halt *all* work on research papers.

This collection of opinions by prominent legal scholars all support the obvious conclusion that #IQ47 has committed multiple impeachable acts since his second inauguration.

I know self-justificatory twaddle when I see it..There should be arrests and prosecutions, and Secretary Noem must resign in disgrace.

Can’t emphasize enough what a disgrace this whole sad episode was
Really important story - army officials asked soldiers to identify themselves if they don't agree with Trump's politics that way he'd get only supportive soldiers in uniform during his political rally on base. Heavier soldiers were also barred from participating.

As Trump viciously attacked his perceived political foes, he whipped up boos from the gathered troops directed at California leaders, including Gov. Gavin Newsom.

Facts:
- Governor Gavin Newsom and Mayor Karen Bass both publicly stated they did not request National Guard assistance.
- Under normal circumstances, National Guard deployment requires state approval unless the Insurrection Act is invoked, which Trump has not done.
