Great example - and explanation - of authoritarian propaganda here from Van Hollen, as he explains the lengths that the autocrat Bukele went to in order to influence public perception with those margarita glasses, and how Trump propagated it as well.

The Government plan is to temporarily renationalise Thames Water, for you to pay off its debts, and then to let someone else takeover so they can rob you, build up massive debts and do the same all over again.
