Worrying about a 3rd Trump term is wasted energy.
If SCOTUS were to decide that the 22nd doesn't prevent a 3rd term, America will already be so hopelessly screwed, it won't even matter. In the meantime, fight the battles you can fight.

Background ability score increases: You can swap an increase to Strength with an increase to Dexterity and vice versa; you can swap an increase to Intelligence with an increase to Wisdom and vice versa.
Because reasons.

There is a lot to like in the new #D&D PHB and DMG, but I am not a fan of some of the species, the overabundance of darkvision, and the ability score bumps shackled to (and limited by) backgrounds. Mechanically, however, I really like what is being offered.
