Thanks to @publiclaw.bsky.social for publishing my article on decision making under the Prevent and Channel duties. So long in the writing that the Prevent Duty guidance and definition of extremism were updated and a review of Prevent was published, which didn't slow things down further at all.

The @ec.europa.eu fully supports the ICC and its officials.

The ICC holds perpetrators of the world’s gravest crimes to account and gives victims a voice.

It must be free to act without pressure.

We will always stand for global justice and the respect of international law.

Snap. There is also an assumption that lectures are not inclusive but (at least from what I can tell from my students) this has not been my experience at all. We shouldn't downplay the value of instruction as a pedagogical tool.
I lecture weekly for 2 hours per 3 hour module (with breaks of course). I based part of my senior HEA fellowship on a discussion of the enduring value of a lecture. Let's not underestimate students too radically. If WE seem not to value lectures, they definitely won't do so. 1
Unlike books and podcasts, lectures hold their audience captive – in person, at least.
