Nothing about this headline is normal. I’m so sick and tired of this. The thought of my almost second grader having to call 911 to report a school shooting makes me want to throw up.

I have such a difficult time reading books that have no quotation marks for dialogue. Perhaps the audiobook version might suit me better for this one. I don’t want to give up on it. I’ve heard such amazing things.

It’s all fun and games until your 6-year-old asks you what a ho is. I wasn’t sure if I should be upset at him for using that word or straight up lie to him about the meaning. Turns out that he meant a garden hoe. It’s so hard being an immature adult.
