The Chancellor wants to boost trade, but refuses to commit to working with the EU to reduce the cost of exporting goods. A serious strategy for growth would reduce barriers, not increase them.

Trump will always side with Putin. Why people are not getting this by now is beyond me. Trump has always been against Ukraine. Remember he was impeached for extorting them in his first term. There is no Trump pivot ever. He will do whatever Putin tells him to do.

The OBR could not be clearer today. Weak growth is tied to Brexit, which they now expect will leave UK trade 15% smaller in the long term.

Good opportunity to significantly reform the OBR though. It's an Osborne era hangover, doesn't work as intended and is distorting the economic and political process.

Take pride in our fellow American, Sen. Mark Kelly, vigorously standing up for the Constitution and against a violence-inciting White House occupant who is failing to intimidate this good man and honorable public servant.
Mark Kelly: "My wife, Gabby Giffords, meeting with her constituents, shot in the head. Six people killed around her, a horrific thing. She spent six months in the hospital. We know what political violence is and we know what causes it too, The statements that Donald Trump made incites others."

£100 billion of trade a year and over a million jobs since Brexit have been lost. We agree with Sir John Major, Brexit is a flop, but now, we must fix it.

Anyone still need proof that Putin couldn’t care less about peace?
Zelensky confirmed Russia launched 22 missiles and over 460 drones in the latest wave of attacks, targeting Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, and Cherkasy regions, focusing on energy and civilian infrastructure. Four drones even crossed into Moldova and Romania.

There are no words to describe the anger & rage I feel that RFK jr & the Trump admin cut funding to cancer research

If Musk would only take a small portion of his wealth & donate it to cancer research, it would make a massive impact

RFK jr, Musk, Trump - you will face you maker one day…

Congress, pay attention. We the People decide where our money goes — not the President. And we are demanding full support for Ukraine, with everything they need to win. Trump does not hold the power of the purse. The American people do. Act accordingly.

The premise of Chloé Zhao’s film “Hamnet” is that, after his son’s death, Shakespeare wrote “Hamlet” in a burst of raw, unexpurgated grief. The movie weaves “subdued pastoral realism and forceful, sometimes pushy emotionalism,” Justin Chang writes. https://newyorkermag.visitlink.me/PNAWOK
“Hamnet” Feels Elemental, but Is It Just Highly Effective Grief Porn?
In Chloé Zhao’s film, adapted from Maggie O’Farrell’s novel, the death of a child gives rise to the creation of a literary masterpiece.
