Last year I watched “I saw the tv glow” with zero knowledge of what it was about, and recognized the trans allegory right away, ended up full on ugly sobbing on the bathroom floor by the end of it. Never felt so seen by a movie. I think of “there is still time” so often now and it gives me hope

I recently read somewhere "Don't torture yourself with your thoughts, it's a horrible way to live." and I think that really resonated with me as somebody who gets trapped in anxious thought spirals. I am learning to be kinder to myself, it takes practice. Maybe you could also use a reminder ❤️
